
Clomid Side Effects
Even though clomid has some good success rate, there are some clomid side effects as well.
Clomid is a female fertility drug that is used to induce ovulation. Clomid success rate is about 85% when it comes to producing viable eggs. About half of those women give birth.
Just like any other medications, clomid side effects are not uncommon. It comes with some side effects along with the needed effects. However, since this drug is usually used for short term in low doses, clomid side effects are usually rare. There might be some side effects if the drug is used for a long period of time with higher dosage. Consult your doctor if you experience any of the following side effects:
Most common side effects are bloating, stomach or pelvic pain. Less common side effects are blurred vision, decreased / double vision or other vision issues, seeing flashes of lights, sensitivity of eyes to light, yellow eyes or skin. You should contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the less common or rare side effects which can be serious. There might be some other side effects that may not require medical attention and would go away in time.
